Any specifics on playable races that we must abide by or can we concoct anything we want provided it is fantasy related? I have a couple of ideas, but I'll pm you to see if they'll be allowed.
I intend to be pretty open with what's playable though a little back-round helps. For example if someone were to make an orc character, they would have to put some elaboration on if they are more like an Orc from the elder scroll series or from something else. Or perhaps if someone was to make a human character that had participated the Great War (which would have been difficult considering it's been over a hundred years) they would need a good explanation as to how that's possible... special blood line? (Going to try and be lenient with this sort of thing) or perhaps due to other magical properties? Also in case anybody was curious I myself was planning on playing the elven king and prince of an established kingdom that is capable of rivaling the Mages Guild. Information on the faction and the characters will be provided later on just so people can get more ideas. As indicated earlier I want to establish pretty quickly what is considered "strong" in this setting though I think it's apparent why the Mages Guild for example can be seen as a dominant faction.
