Honestly I'm not sure how one would pull it off, since Spatial Manipulation is the usage of the existing laws of physics to preform certain feats. Like theres a character with a fine control of gravitational pull so he can levitate things. Or someone else that can control oxygen flow so they draw it out if a closed room and suffocate people.

Warping in and of itself would require something beyond the realm of physical law. At least for a human being anyway. There's nothing stopping a Daemon from doing it however.
