Huffing a bit, Dean lowered his gun with Kenzi’s hand, closing his eyes again. He opened them to glare at his brother, almost feeling sorry for the girl, “Fine. You can take whatever it is that made you come out here, and scare me half to death and you can bury it. If you ever do this again, I’ll shoot you in your knee…” Dean knew he wasn’t serious. He would never seriously wound his brother, but he needed Sam to have something to fear. In all honestly, Dean didn’t want to be alone either, like Anna. Anna peered up over Sam’s shoulder at Kenzi. She sat back from him a bit, nodding her head with a sniffle. She wasn’t giving up, as much as she just knew that he wouldn’t be able to get away so easily. It was fun while it lasted, right?” She brushed his hair behind his ear one more time, and pecked his lips, as her free hand reached down and picked up her bag. Standing carefully, she backed toward the back door of the house, choosing to run through the night, rather than risk staying around Dean. “Anna wait…”, Dean sighed, reaching a hand out. The girl was going to be eaten alive out there, and now he was responsible, but he didn’t follow her. He simple ducked his head and sighed, “Dammit…”
