Metropolis Music Festival “One carrot juice and vodka, coming right up!” “Thank you very much.” The young Mobian rabbit turned from the outdoor bar to survey all before her. Today was the beginning of the much anticipated music festival. The “Festival of Peace” or so they were calling it. One year of freedom, one year of one dead rotten egg. Fools. Prolific men like Eggman did not up and die quietly. There were contingency plans on contingency plans, back-ups and traps and- well, suffice to say she did not believe that the Eggman was dead at all. No, that crazy human was holed up somewhere, biding his time for the most opportune moment to reveal himself. It would happen. The only real questions were when and where. Origami had been doing research since the day he ‘died’, trying to puzzle out just that. All sorts of people had contacted her persona; from the military to some more shadier aspects. All of them wanted to know one thing: Where was Eggman? Sadly, that was money lost. Origami didn’t know, though Kijani had as many crack theories as the next person. What she wouldn’t give to actually know… Still, a party was a party, and Kijani loved a party. She accepted her drink from the Mobian bear running the bar, and took a careful sip through the straw. It was good; they didn’t skimp on the liquor. She paid, tipped heavily and waded into the crowds, wondering just what this day was going to bring to the table.
