History: Steve was born on Tibbosie, an industrial colony of a megacorp in the Beta Cesae system. He was taught the ways of machine maintenance and engineering there by his father. After the colony revolted and was absorbed into a larger government, Steve joined the armed forces as a combat and later starship engineer. He later left the military after serving several tours of duty, his right arm and leg having been replaced by cybernetics after losing them. Steve ended up moving from his home in the search for a new ship to work for.
