Kay looked over to see what was going on with Serena when John told them to stop her. This made Kay instantly get up and peer round the door and down the corridor as she listened to Serena explain what she was picking up from the drama going on. "okay, that's strange. I can go take a look around to try and find her" she suggested, not liking the idea that a kid just goes missing, room cleared out and the staff don't know anything. It felt suspicious beyond belief and something needed to be done. 

Chas wondered which kid it was, "we passed a couple of rooms, I wonder which one it is" he replied to Serena before actually realising what Kay said. "Kay we should stay out of it for now" he said, but it was no good, Kay was already exiting the room and half way down the corridor and to the older brother. "Babe! I came as soon as possible! Look we'll find her okay? I'll go take a look around myself" she suddenly spoke up whilst giving the bloke the look that said 'just roll with it, I can help'. She had played this sort of game before with people and it never really failed.

"dammit Kay" Chas muttered under his breath but he had to admit, it was impressive how seamlessly she slid herself into the situation as she looped an arm through the older brother's to look authentically like her girlfriend to the security. "and I think you should look too if you're any good at your jobs or I'll be filing in a formal complaint to the highest member of your team and make sure that you both get reprimanded for your sever lack of keeping a hospital ward of sick comatose children safe!" she said sternly at the security.
