I enjoy rping though I'm just trying to get back into it. 
I'm a big fan of dark things, be that Apocalypse, World of Darkness, or anything with a dark and gritty feel to it
I'm cool with erp or normal rp either way I just want a story. 
I don't mind gore though I'm not a fan of gore just for shock value.
I prefer my Rp's to be in 3rd person, but I can do 1st person for a great story.
