He also wears soft soled shoes, similar to moccasins and may be armed with various weapons found in martial arts circles. Also dresses in a traditional tuxedo for concerts or casual attire when blending in with the local populace.

[indent]Martial Arts Expert – From [i]Shang-Chi[/i], his combat training instilled not only wisdom, but also forged him into a living weapon, a martial arts master without peer in the world. His expertise in all forms of fighting and a preference to eschew weapons for bare-handed battle merely enhance his abilities. Despite this, Kichirō’s ability with swords, staves, nunchaku, and shuriken is also unmatched.[/indent]
[indent]A natural athlete as well as peace-loving and composed, Kichirō may be looked upon as a level-headed individual who practices meditation and inner cleansing as arts within themselves. His use of chi, or internal energy, aids him not only in combat, but also in commanding his emotions in tense situations. This pronounced calm even allows him to dodge bullets.[/indent]
[indent]Time Manipulation – As [i]Derek James[/i], Kichirō has access to a variety of abilities based on manipulating time and space to his desires. Kichirō can create tears in space-time, or "rifts" as he calls them, which allow him to leap through dimensions at will, letting him move from one place to another whenever he wants. [/indent]
[indent]Spatial Disruption: The edges of Kichirō's rifts are indestructible and razor-sharp, meaning he can use them to cut through solid matter.[/indent] 
[indent]Rift Tracking: Kichirō can use his rifting ability to track someone's location quickly. Simply by focusing his mind on the people he wants to find and leap through the rift he created.[/indent] 
[indent]Black Hole Creation: Kichirō found that he can create a mini Black Hole by creating a second rift inside the first. However, this ability has proven too dangerous since he can't control it properly and the black hole can rapidly grow larger sucking everything in front of it, including matter and energy.[/indent] 
[indent]Dimensional Travel: Kichirō is able to use his rifting ability to travel between dimensions and realities at will.[/indent]
[indent]Superhuman Strength: Kichirō is much stronger than a normal human, strong enough to easily carry a small automobile over his head. The upper limits of his strength remain yet to be explored.[/indent]
[indent]Superhuman Durability: Kichirō's body is tougher and more resistant than the body of a normal human, though he's far from invulnerable. He can withstand great impacts, such as falling from a certain height or being hit by a speeding locomotive.[/indent]
[indent]Superhuman Agility: Kichirō has perfect balance, bodily coordination, and/or perfect equilibrium to a point far in excess to that of a normal human being in Earth's gravity. Kichirō’s body may be extraordinarily limber as well as it's tendons and connective tissues can become much more elastic than possible. Kichirō has enhanced acrobatic prowess to the point that exceeds even the most accomplished circus aerialists.[/indent]
[indent]Superhuman Reflexes: Kichirō is able to physically react quicker than humanly possible. It differs from Superhuman Agility in that Kichirō may react quickly in order to dodge but cannot maintain this and can be knocked off balance.[/indent]
[indent]Accelerated Healing: Kichirō possesses some degree of healing abilities and can recover from injuries or wounds faster than normal. For example, he only needed two days to heal his dislocated shoulder. The time it takes for full healing seems to depend on the level of his injury.[/indent] 
[indent]Power Instability: Due to a lack of control over his newfound powers, Kichirō can't predict where he will leap to and could end up anywhere. In addition, his powers can potentially disrupt the balance of space-time if not used carefully.[/indent]
[indent]As Musashi, Kichirō is a skilled and experienced Samurai who once served as an advisor to Hosokawa Tadatoshi, a Samurai daimyo (Governor) of Kokura Prefecture during the early Edo period. Kichirō believes in the principles ascribed by Musashi in his book, [i]Go Rin No Sho[/i] (The Book of Five Rings). Honor, Sacrifice, Loyalty are tattooed on Kichirō’s back in Japanese. He is also a skilled artist with paint and with music due to his connection to Musashi.[/indent]
