Herman and Rukus. If you're looking for cyberpunk then I can use Herman, but know he has the ability to close in and melee well. Either Herman or Rukus can work, just keep in mind that Talus' cloak offers some protection against kinetic rounds, though it doesn't make him invincible of course. As far as plot goes I think the cyborg might be better even if he does have melee, since I can adjust and say Talus took a knife with him from his armory just in case, and because Talus job is hunting rogue androids. And while not exactly the same, a cyborg is practically 50% machine, so it'd kind of make more sense.
