Esme Stirling
Esme continued to lean against the wall and watch him through the mirror as he made his way into the room and to the wall outside the door. She shook her head and rolled her eyes as he spoke about how to handle this situation. “Yes, that’s normally how it’s handled.” she said before he moved on about her clothes situation. At the mention of her car and someone going to get it, her eyes went wide. She didn’t like the fact that someone she didn’t know was going to be in her car. She turned to the door and came face to face with his attempt at puppy dog eyes. Before she could even voice how she felt about someone in her car, she heard him say he’d be back before he vanished. Esme didn’t have time to sigh or pull herself away from the door before he reappeared, nearly causing her to jump out of her skin by appearing in the bathroom with her. She spun around and threw a right-handed punch at him. “What the hell is wrong with you?!” she yelled at him. “You don’t just appear in a bathroom with a woman wearing nothing but a towel!” She sighed heavily as she held her towel tightly around her as she took several steps back. She was thankful for the clothes he brought her, but he didn’t have to pop into the bathroom to hand them to her. He could have popped back in from where he left and handed them to her through the door. She ran a hand down her face with another heavy sigh as she calmed herself. Thoughts swirled in her mind, and she shook her head slowly. “Looks like you’ve got some things to learn about women.” she said in almost a whisper. “I’m thankful for the clothes, but you would have been better off passing them through the door.” she said looking at him.
