[@Zool] My working plan for the RP was to eventually put the players in charge of their own factions, where they could lead the fight against the Voidspawn in much the same way the Witch does. Of course, I don't think anybody signed up for a Nation RP, and I wanted the PCs to work together, so I was thinking maybe they'd all be part of the same faction - like Chatak's, for instance. Killing the Witch wasn't supposed to be the end goal, but it was supposed to be [i]perceived[/i] as the end goal because it plays a role in the PCs' development. If they can develop a more nuanced judgment of the world, the experience gained will help them unite the world peacefully, which the Witch was unable to do.
