Hmm. I'm too much of a realist (or perhaps a pessimist) to think that two years is ample time to do much of anything to "fix any country". Let alone the whole world in the process. So I'm at a bit of a loss. (Especially, considering that I would need to change the people's hearts and minds in that time. To maintain whatever changes that I'm capable of producing.)

So I guess I won't commit the crime of Americentrism, and just go with something I know that *anyone* in this position could do, if they actually wanted to help the vast majority of people. 

That answer being: Cut government spending and individual's taxes unilaterally. Because even two years of that, is far better than nothing or the total inverse of that. And because, sometimes, I think its better to assume that you alone [b]don't know[/b] more than everybody else. So perhaps, less reasons for direct involvement and needs to have no resistance to progress, is key to helping others. [i]But that's just my two cents.[/i]
