Dean she always trusted, other women she didn't. She knew she was being childish and she knew he would call her out on it, which he very much did as he closed the door. "what? I'm delirious from bloodless, I can't control what I say" she bullshitted with a smirk and a shrug. She saw the salad and was thankful for the food, but right now she was more concerned with his back and head than she was her stomach. Seeing the terror in his eyes at the idea of her doing anything to him almost made her feel insulted but she didn't let it show. "it's like when your kid when you get grit in a scrape. It's not too bad, but if we don't clean it off you it won't heal properly and get infected. And you should have more trust in me mister" she explained to him. She reached over for his medic kit and pulled out the tweezers and some medical grade patches so she could use one to to gather the small stones and keep the tweezers clean. She also grabbed the vodka which she used to disinfect the tweezers. "stay still because I can't twist and turn as much at the moment" she told him, as she grabbed some of the wipes and pads to wipe down his back to make sure it wasn't any worse than it looked, which it wasn't then began to lightly and carefully pick the stones out of his back. "after this, we can deal with your head to help it stop bleeding. I really thought I was about to lose you know" she spoke up, finally opening up about how she felt when she saw him being slammed into the ground.
