Esme Stirling
Esme had grown a little concerned by the woman’s scowl, but slightly relaxed when her scowl had faded. She watched as the woman stepped up to her and took the blanket from her and wrapped it around herself. She listened as the woman spoke. Esme’s features softened even more at her words. Her eyebrows went up at the mention of her gun and how the last person with a gun tried to kill her. How did she know she had one? This girl obviously wasn’t a normal human. Taking a breath, she relaxed a bit more, to show she was true to her word about not hurting her. “I give you my word I’m not here to hurt you.” she told her. “I have the gun for protection from those that wish to harm me.” she continued. Her tone never changed. She kept it warm and friendly. She didn't want to scare this woman, especially since she could see she wasn’t normal. She noticed how the woman’s expression didn’t change, then heard her stomach growl before she introduced herself. She couldn’t help but let her smile grow. “Madison.” she repeated. “That’s a lovely name.” she smiled a bit more. “My name is Esme.” Esme looked around them, then looked back at Madison with a smile still on her lips. “What do you say we get you some clothes and then something to eat?” she asked her. “And don’t you worry. I won’t let anyone hurt you.” All she had to do was get Madison to her car for the clothes, then from there, she could take her to get something to eat. Even if she wasn’t sure what this girl was, she couldn’t bring herself to just leave her here.
Sam Winchester
Sam watched Dean roll his eyes at his question. He should have known better than to ask if he did. He opened the passenger door, then looked over the roof of the Impala at Dean as he spoke. His brows knitted together at his words. The thought of having to kill the woman was hard to swallow. He couldn’t believe that either of them could do it. Sam balled his fists and felt almost helpless in this situation. “I know she’s not human, Dean. But can you honestly bring it upon yourself to kill an innocent girl, human or not?” He sighed heavily and looked at the roof of the Impala as Dean continued then looked back at him. “You’re not the only one that made that promise. I made it too.” he told him. He ran a hand through his hair as he closed his eyes. “I don’t know either.” he admitted. “The important thing right now is to find her before she ends up hurting anyone. When we do, we’ll bring her back here and then try to figure something out.” he said, opening his eyes. “We can’t afford to sit on our hands on this. And I may have to be the one to approach her since you took a shot at her.” he added. Sam then got into the Impala and closed the door once his feet were in.
