Name: Honda Yuri
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Appearance: It's a natural look.
Personality: It can be argued that Yuri is something of a difficult partner to work with for those expecting a more... professional attitude. She's overall quite laidback with regards to danger, can be terribly flirty towards her teammates, and has a self-confident satisfaction in her powers that often pushes into smugness. Even when it doesn't, the thoughtless and effortless use of them for minor tasks can irritate those who were born without them or have much more focused abilities.
Brief Backstory: Both of Yuri's parentes were in APSU, which makes her occasional claim of having been conceived in a Ghost Zone possible, albeit one would think that it's unlikely. Whatever the exact truth, her mother was serving up until that stage, and perhaps it was inevitable that the child of two psychics would inherit psychic powers of her own--or maybe the story is true and that has something to do with it? It's not like anyone could see, or test. Her father wound up moving into a command post when she was young and Yuri grew up confident that she would, in fact, end up joining--something almost unavoidable with a combat-viable power and contact with the suppression unit.
Esper Power: Psychokinesis. It is, arguably, the broadest description of physically interacting psychic abilities that can be observed but it lacks the inherent affinity in its various subtypes; the power, perceptive abilities, and mental strain to emulate beyond the most rudimentary and beginner applications of more specialised disciplines is far beyond Yuri's talents. What she does get is an ability unrestricted by material, or more succinctly in practice: telekinesis. The limits themselves are hazy and situationally driven, needing to factor in such things as an object's existing velocity, whether it's a matter of fighting gravity or just inertia, the number of items being affected (a particularly drastic limit), and how difficult it is to get a grasp of the target itself--if it's not a solid or liquid, that's a lot more complicated. In terms of raw mass, she can throw cars about with some strain, although Yuri's preferred party trick is actually to stop bothering with cups and plates.
Equipment: Yuri's Neural Link Weapon is a set of shurikens, though this is more as a backup for that rare situation when there is absolutely nothing in the area which does the job more efficiently. They're light, compact, and best of all don't need to worry excessively about orientation or getting close to the enemy! Her usage of equipment is otherwise effectively minimal.
Skills: None relevant; she likes building models, saying they're a good exercise of fine control.
