Dean Winchester and Madison
Dean placed his free arm on the back of the booth behind Esme, loosening up as they spoke and ordered food. Shockingly, the only thing he ordered was a slice of pie and a cup of coffee. He wasn’t the hungriest after everything that had happened this morning. “Well, now that you’re here with us…I guess we can share efforts on the whole apocalypse situation.”, he muttered, glancing over at Madison to read her demeanor. He was happy that she seemed a lot more relaxed near Sam. Maybe he was the good luck charm with wayward monsters. He chuckled silently about the statement. When Sam asked if Esme was alright, he leaned forward, just enough to see her face. He wasn’t quite used to her being so quiet around him, but he figured it was just the awkwardness of being back with him, but Madison spoke up. “She’s overwhelmed. But she’s excited to see you…”, Madison spoke softly to Sam, and then turned her eyes to Dean. Dean raised his eyebrows at her, and then turned to Esme. “Are you overwhelmed? I can give you some space…um. I know it’s been a while.”, he quickly stammered out, his eyebrows raised as he did so. He didn’t want to make her uncomfortable, now that it seemed like the nuke had been disarmed, momentarily, “Or if you want, after we eat, we can take a walk?”
