Already the Deputy, he was being groomed to take over for his boss, the current Sheriff, Ken Baker. Much like his twin, Denny is highly motivated in his line of work and quite determined to take it as far as one can. A pillar of their small community and his brothers best friend, Denny was a well respected official in their town before it was ultimatly destroyed by the Swarm. [b]Who You Are Now:[/b] Truth be told Denny is not really sure who is now or where he really fits into the greater scheme of things. Since the swarm hit has become almost nomadic, never staying in one place for long. One could say he is a Ranger but they would be wrong, while he has educated himself on the various new dangers in this new world it is merely to keep himself alive. If he had to give it a name he would most likely be nothing more than a wanderer, someone walking through this new world with no destination but looking for someone that they know is alive in their heart but probably dead in reality. [b]Skill Set pre-swarm:[/b] - Training with guns / mainly pistols - Training for emergency situations - Strategic planning [b]Skill set Post-swarm:[/b] - Has learned to adequatly use bladed weapons for self defense - Learned to live off the land [b]Personality:[/b] Denny never considered himself to be a hardened individual, in fact he was almost like the pilsbury doughboy. Before the swarm he was very easy going and you could often find him outself on his small ranch grilling steaks and burgers for him and his brother every sunday. Unlike Norman however, the swarm has changed his way of thinking and made him much more serious. To a point where he barely jokes anymore, its obvious that something is eating him but he often snaps back if anyone tries to pry too deep. Denny is a very kind man otherwise and would do almost anything to help someone in need. For as many things that have changed he has never lost his will to help others in their times of need. Now an days he is more quiet and reserved than his usual outgoing attitude. He loves technology and was on the forefront to creating some rather innovative devices that could have improved human life. His main area was in computers but his expertise extended to all manners of electronics, he was very much a big tinkerer and always enjoyed taking stuff apart to see how it worked. [b]Skill Set[/b] - Computer programming - Any and all things electrical - Problem solving - Has a very sharp memory can remember most things just by seeing or hearing it once. [b]Personality:[/b] Norman is not timid by any means and unlike the usual nerdy IT guy stickh, he is actually a fairly stright foreward person and not afraid to speak his mind. Being of an incredibly high IQ a lot of people would consider him eccentric by nature, often times found talking some random mumble jumble that he learned god knows when. Fiercly loyal and honest to a certain degree he is in all manners of saying the kind of guy you want in your corner. At the same time the things that make him so great are also the things that can make him a hand full. As said he is not timid, in fact he tends to, how would you say, overestimate his abilities or in some other terms he tends to over do it quite a lot of pays for it especially now in his older age. His mouth often causes trouble too, being formerly bullied he will verbally abuse anyone who even thinks of insulting him or someone else and this more or less leads to trouble. Lastly, Norman is highly irregular at least by normal standards, some people have considered him a freak of nature depending. While he is a nice guy through and though, he is definitely a very rambuncious sort at the same time. [/hider] [/hider]
