[@Gunther]  I got a kick out of Whedon naming his bounty hunter Jubal Early, and I also appreciated the Joe Hooker reference in your CS.  There's so much of American history that could be adapted to Firefly.  I've always wondered what we'd have seen in further seasons.

As we move on, we'll discover little bits and pieces like "tribals," rustlers, energy barons, and the hierarchy and codes of gunfighters.  All the while, the ghost of the Unification war and the depredations of the Alliance will impact us.
