Dean laughed at her telling him she was going to wash up in the bath one way or another. He had figured that would be her answer. He looked up at the ceiling, thinking about their options for getting clothing. As an idea clicked, he walked quickly over to the phone, snatching a piece of chocolate from Mika’s lap. As he unwrapped it and popped it into his mouth, he also groaned, “Oh god. Can we just live here?” He picked up the phone while chewing, and dialed the front desk, almost relieved to get a male on the phone. “Front desk!”, the man said cheerfully, as Dean swallowed his mouthful of chocolate. “Hey, man. Do you guys do laundry or anything? And does your bar deliver?”, he asked the man on the phone, looking around the room to make sure there wasn’t a hidden beer keg somewhere. The man paused, and then Dean could hear a smile in his voice. “Certainly. I’ll send someone up. Just place your clothing in the bag we have left in the closet, and we’ll get that laundered and returned to you in a couple of hours. As for the beer, how many bottles would you prefer?”, the man asked, clacking on his keyboard. Dean smiled, and clapped a hand on his thigh. “A dozen should do.”, he answered, hearing the man gasp lightly, “We had a long drive. So, I’m thinking a good night cap, you know?” “Um, certainly, sir. We’ll be right up with that.” “Thank you.”, Dean said brightly, slamming the phone down on the receiver. He turned to Mika, smiling just as brightly, and then ran to the closet to grab the laundry bag. As he grabbed it, he also grabbed both bath robes that hung on a hook in the closet, holding them up, “LOOK AT THIS! And there’s slippers!”
