Her plan should've went fine. Keyword: should've. She hadn't expected a hail of shrapnel to come her way after finishing off the crawler. Nuts, bolts, some other miscellaneous objects; Morgan couldn't really tell what had come flying at her as she panicked, shielding herself with her arms from the incoming debris. Perhaps it was pure luck that nothing struck her, at least somewhere it would cause a grievous injury. Or perhaps it was the kevlar she wore, protecting her body as it should've protected the soldier she took it from. Either way, Morgan wasn't really interested in sticking around. Not while she was surrounded by zombies and an apparent paintball gun-armed mad man on the roof, she figured, that had nearly just killed them. It seemed that the priest had the same idea, pushing himself off the ground to make it over to where she had come from. Following his lead, she climbed back over the window and waited for him to get inside before trying to shove the bookshelf in place of the window to keep out any other zombies or threats.
