Her making the first move surprised even herself. Mika normally wasn't that kind of girl, she was the shy one, the one who just let Dean have his fun in school and waited for him so they could walk most of the way home together, or then go to the nearest shop to get a drink after school. She knew what he was like but she didn't care, he was her best friend, her only real friend. He didn't care that she wasn't the popular girl, she wasn't the typical 'pretty girl' instead being that typical girl next door type which she considered plain and boring, but he always made her feel differently. Or like it wasn't a bad thing to be. But she just had that feeling that one of them had to make the move and she wanted to know if she could actually be the kind of person who could do that very thing. So that's why she took the risk and just gave him a peck to test the waters between them. At the question of what that was, she blushed and tried to find the words but nothing would come out no matter how much she moved her lips to speak. "I... I.. Err.." she fumbled wondering if she did the wrong thing but when she glanced down as he removed his hand from his and followed his hands with her eyes, she was quickly seeing she didn't do anything wrong. In fact, she did the complete opposite, just the right thing. She closed her eyes as she felt his lips on hers, sparks soared through every inch of her heart and soul as she kissed him back, her arms slowly slid round his waist, her fingers gripping the back of his shirt. The cold breeze not even bothering her as she remained in his jacket, standing close to him, partially on tip toes. She let her mind log every moment of their first kiss, the way he tasted, the way he was soft and tender with her, the way his lips felt against hers, his breath on her face.... She didn't want to pull away but she knew if she didn't, she wouldn't be able to catch a breath. So she slowly pulled away from him, but didn't let go of him, smiling and blushing greatly.
