By day Cyrus Starr is likely the best man you'd ever come across. A kind gentleman that looks out for others and puts everyone before himself. He treats everyone with love and looks out for the little guy. But when he sees you picking on the little guy or hurting someone he cares about? The monster comes out. He doesn't turn into a literal monster like Mr. Hyde or the Hulk. Instead he's just someone that sees red and sometimes will have a hard time distinguishing between friend or foe if his anger gets pushed far enough. This normally isn't an issue inside camp except for when things get a little too intense during their war games or "sparring" sessions. But for the most part he is able to reel himself in and even moreso with the help of others before it gets too bad.

Cyrus is a vegetarian and a huge fan of comics. Even before he knew his origins he knew there was something special about him. He was a lot stronger than the average kids and learned to control that part of his abilities early. He turned to comics to explain what was happening to him and found a kindred spirit in Superman, including the fact that he was from Kansas. Was he an adopted alien from another planet? He did feel stronger during the summer and he didn't have a father. At least not one that he knew of. So he found father figures in his comics, TV shows, and people around his small town of Hutchinson modeling his personality after theirs.[/sub][/indent][/color][color=ab9d90]____________________________________________________________________________[/color]
[color=ff4d4d][sub][u]B I O G R A P H Y[/u][/sub][/color]
[color=silver][indent][sub]One day in the early Fall the god of wind Notus came to Kansas to destroy some crops. It was the one thing he was looking forward to because he absolutely hated Kansas. It was a stupid state and deserved a lot worse than some destroyed crops. But this time he decided to actually look around in one of their towns before he ravaged through them with his furious winds. There he met an exceptional young woman named Stephanie Starr. She was the daughter of a farmer, but he could tell just by looking at her that she was meant for so much more. So he decided to get to know her and for a while he was distracted from his original task. He didn't care. He had found Stephanie. He found love. It was a rare feeling for him, but he enjoyed it. When he had to leave he left her pregnant and left her father's crop field untouched by his furious winds. The rest of Kansas still deserved his fury.

That was the last time they were together. He knew he wasn't father or husband material. He was a god, a Titan of power. He had responsibilities. He had no time to play house with humans. Or so he told himself so he wouldn't get attached and let his feelings get the better of him. Despite this he did watch over them and every year he would leave her crops untouched. Stephanie eventually took over her faher's farm giving up on any dreams she had so that she could care for her son and keep the secrets of his origins safe. But young Cyrus had other plans. He loved animals and he loved the farm, but he knew he was meant to be more than a farmhand. He had a glorious purpose. Maybe it was to be the world's first superhero.

Cyrus grew up helping people around his town and keeping them out of danger. They chalked it up to miracles having never actually seen their speedy savior. But one young citizen wasn't convinced. When Cyrus was ten his best friend Daisy Lane had been investigating these so called miracles and found that her case lead her to none other than the mysterious farmboy that she had grown up with. She promised not tell his secret, but she wanted to help him on his adventures. Neither of them knew the truth about why he had powers when no one else did, but they didn't care. They were kids having fun and playing hero.

When Cyrus was eleven things suddenly changed. The problem with being a demigod child using your powers all willy-nilly? You'd attract a lot of monsters and creatures that want to eat you dead or alive. One such monster? The Minotaur. Daisy and Cyrus were playing at his farm when they noticed a very large bull breeding with one of his cows. Cyrus went to scare it off when he noticed that it wasn't an ordinary bull. He had heard of this thing before in one of his comics about greek mythology. It was the Minotaur, it was real and for some reason it was on his farm. Cyrus told Daisy to run, but she stood momentarily paralyzed. Up until now they were doing small heroics and nothing that would actually put them in danger. But here now she was seeing an actual monster. And she was scared.

The Minotaur smelled her fear and stepped away from the cow before picking up its discarded axe off the ground. He charged towards Daisy ready to swing on her with his axe, but was stopped by Cyrus jumping between them and releasing a beam of heat from his eyes. The Minotaur was surprised, but blocked the blast with his axe and smirked as it did nothing, but heat it up and turn it red. Cyrus took the moment to charge at the beast and they came to blows. He couldn't let Daisy get hurt. He couldn't. This constant thought invoked a feeling that he rarely felt. Anger. He felt himself getting stronger as he knocked the axe out of the Minotaur's hand and delivered a devastating punch to his stomach. That was all the opening he needed. He started pummeling the Minotaur relentlessly. How dare he put his best friend in danger? How dare he!? Daisy had come to her senses to watch her friend mercilessly beat down on someone who was no longer fighting. This wasn't the hero she knew or that he aspired to be and she did the only thing she could think to do to stop him. She ran up and hugged him from behind while yelling, "Enough!"

In his blind fury he had pushed her off of him sending her into a bale of hay. This was enough to knock him to his senses and he went to check on her. She was okay, but they were both moreso worried about him. They looked back and saw that the Minotaur had disappeared, but Cyrus knew what he had done. After Daisy went home Cyrus talked to his mother about what happened and what he had been doing all this time. She decided to tell him the truth about his father and how one year he had left a note that would provide Cyrus with all of the answers he needed. All it read was, "Follow the wind." And so Cyrus did so going on a journey to the big city. New York, New York.

Time had passed and Cyrus found himself living as a full time camper at Camp Half-Blood. He decided it was best not to put his small town in anymore danger now that both he and the monsters were aware of who and what he was. He kept in touch with Daisy though and they did date for a bit when he was fifteen, but when they were sixteen they decided the long distance alternate worlds of magic of normalcy wasn't going to really work for them. He still doesn't know how she was able to see through the mist.

Meanwhile unbeknownst to everyone the Minotaur did return to Hutchinson to retrieve what he had sired before returning to the Labyrinth.[/sub][/indent][/color][color=ab9d90]____________________________________________________________________________[/color]

Like most he uses it for flight or increasing his own relative speed, but he mainly uses it for what he calls Super Breath. It allows him to create gusts of wind, take deep breaths to inhale the wind/air around him, or put out winds at a temperature so low that they'd freeze whatever he targeted. [/sub]

	[sub]As the son of Notus, Cyrus has some control over heat and fire, but not in the way you might think. He can't manipulate flames or even create his own, but he can emit waves of heat from his eyes. He can force an excess amount of heat from his eyes to attempt a "Solar Flare" that allows him to release all the collected heat within his body. This weakens him greatly and puts him on the level of a human for at least 24 hours.[/sub]
[color=ff4d4d][sub]Super Enhanced Physiology:[/sub][/color]
	[sub]As the legacy of Magni, Cyrus has exceptional levels of strength and the durability to match so he wouldn't destroy himself in the process of using his strength. His strength has grown over the years, but it's still not at its peak and wouldn't be so for at least another seventeen years. Rumor has it that he may be as strong as Hercules, but the largest thing he's lifted while mellow was a bus. But if he's ever angry and starts to lose control his strength grows at the same rate of his anger until he calms back down. It's believed he's had mental blockers put in place through deep hypnosis to cap out his normal strength so he wouldn't harm his friends around camp. [/sub][/indent]
