Chatak decided to ignore the fact that the older goblin had fallen asleep during their conversation. He seemed to be fairly old, possibly even in his late teens, so he deserved at least [i]some[/i] sort leniency just for making it that long. Though of course, he also didn't intervene when Shaktak woke him up and made him get to the actual point.

He didn't let it show on his face, but he was legitimately surprised with how much he was being offered. He hadn't been expecting much, especially considering they were talking about [i]goblins[/i] here, but it looked like working with the witch had allowed them to learn a great deal more than they could have before. And all this potential was being used for war.

What a damn waste.

Still, here he had the opportunity to help correct that mistake. He wasn't going to let it pass him by.
