You can choose the layout of your CS yourself, but the CS has to contain the following elements.

- Picture
- Full name
- Gender
- Age
- Country
- Personality
- Magic
- Motivation (lost family members for example) 
- Anythin extra that you might want to add

I was thinking something like this. :)
