If Mika had known what state Dean was in when that hunt went south fast, she never would have forgiven herself for not finding a way to him, to be there for him. Even if John did hate her guts, she would have gone against him so Dean didn't feel alone. She also would be incredibly pissed off that John wouldn't have called and told Bobby at least, even if he didn't want her to know about his son situation. She also didn't intend to laugh as hard as she did at his protection joke, but it seemed cabin fever made her a lot easier to amuse than she thought. Yet it seemed worth it as seeing her in such a way, seemed to clearly make him smile. She nodded at him confirming that he was ready when she was, about to gear herself up to stand up, she watched him lean in to her, kissing him back as his lips touched hers, revelling in it as she always did. With him pulling away and saying the three words she always craved to hear from his lips, she smiled lovingly at him, letting him speak what he needed to. "I do know that, I love you too Dean. Always have, always will. No matter what. You're my soul mate." she replied to him before he stood up and held out his arm to her which she took gladly with a smile. "let's" she agreed, keeping ahold of his arm as they left her room and descended the stairs together. Before leaving the house, she made sure to grab the cash Bobby gave her permission to take, then took her jacket off the coat rack in the hallway, swinging it round her and on. "come on, we may aswell walk it as we both intend on drinking tonight" she suggested to him.
