[b]Background:[/b] Born in the small fishing village of Mensu, Thipo has only known the unpredictability of life since childhood. For decades, her village has struggled; the annual fishspawn nearly absent from the effects of the Great Shattering. In order to survive, she supplemented her ancestors' traditions of spearfishing with a little bit of stealing from Egokko's men. Or, rather, "giving to the needy", as Thipo prefers to say despite her robin hood antics earning a nice bounty over her head.
