She sighed with content as he wiped his hand up and wiped some of the grime off of her face. It felt like every movement he ever did toward her calmed her and made her feel more and more complete. It was these good times with him that made her almost forget how bad they could be together when her anger got the better of her, it was so hard to imagine they were ever toxic to each other when they were like this. Smiling at his whispered voice back, she nodded lightly, "I do know that. And don't be sorry" she told him back after he trailed off his comment. She wasn't going to talk about the night but she did want him to know that what happened to her wasn't anything to be sorry for by him. For all she knew, she could have got the deep scratch because of what she did and not because of what the vampires did. What she did care about was that he came to her defence even before they knew the trouble makers were vamps. At his romantic movie comment she couldn't help but chuckle softly, understanding what he was meaning as it did feel like that. "you're not wrong" she replied, leaning her head toward his face and kissing his cheek before facing her head forward again after he kissed her temple a few times. She draped one arm over his right arm, lifting one leg up to the 90° angle so her foot was flat against the bottom of the bath her knee just poking out of the water. "I thought I was over all that but I guess there's still a part of me that still likes them" she smiled, then grabbing her face cloth off the side of the tub, dunking it in the water and used it to wipe down her arm and legs before her face.
