"I didn't expect anything less from the report of yourself, you can take a rest while Faye and Morgana figured out the inner workings of this portal." She complimented, before quickly shifting her attention to the Scientist and Faye Woman, both of them busy figuring out the ins and outs of the portal and how they're supposed to track it's origins. Morgana's explanation on the portal's workings were fascinating and deeply enriching, apparently whoever designed this has to take a very large field of expertise, might very well indicate someone with very high skill in magic or someone very long lived. That narrows down the possibility pool a bit. The most interesting fact is that Morgana mentions this millennium, and that immediately piqued the interest of Amanda. Like, not from the 1000s? Hmm, that could only mean that this person is either long lived or has a dedicated background in ancient/ classical era magic, not a very large field of study as far as she knows, that narrows it down even further. Faye's attempt at ascribing the point of origin for the portal definitely alerted her. "Right right. What map do you want? Germany? Europe? Worldwide? I can project a screen at the wall nearby if you want it." Amanda offered, now clearly giddy at the progress of this investigation. She has the transport manifest, she saved a child's life, and now she's about to probably find out the portal's origin point. Oh, so many possibilities on the first day! "Hey uhh, Pihtokahanapiwiyin? Can you summon Ross for me? I'm going to show Faye the map and then I think we can wrap up this site. There's another site that I want to investigate immediately after this."
