[COLOR=DARKGRAY][indent]A spiritual successor to the superhero teams that emerged around the time of the first two world wars, the Justice League was formed in the aftermath of an alien attack on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. Comprised of numerous powered individuals, the Justice League is a voluntary team built by those wishing to do right by the world. They have no jurisdiction, although some would argue this means the League also has no accountability.

The Justice League operates out of an independent space station situated in Earth's orbit known as the Watchtower. Privately funded and built by an anonymous donor, the Watchtower is made out of cutting-edge technology and includes a teleportation system known as 'Zeta Beams' which allow members to transport to and from the base at any time. Each member is given a key encoded to their DNA to ensure not just anyone can access this system.

The Justice League has a secondary form of transportation known as the Javelin. A small craft capable of flight in the vacuum of space and atmospheric flight.[/indent][/COLOR][/cell][/row][/table][/COLOR]
