But alas, to seek strength for strength itself - to grow for the sake of growth - is the ideology of a cancer, and the sun-blasted rays of the wastes may thoroughly irradiate all tumors away from the land...or, perhaps, have only emboldened their growths.

[b]Flag:[/b] If it's even got one, put it here. Not everyone has to have a banner or a flag or a symbol or whatever; If they don't, don't even include this one.

[b]Territory:[/b] This takes place on the [b][i]Eastern Seaboard[/i][/b] of the US, so keep that in mind. Please note - Borders in the Fallout universe aren't really comparable to the ones in our modern lives. Territory in this sense are more apropos a faction's general sphere of influence and area of operation, rather than rigid territories where one faction's power ends and another's (or the power vacuum of the unsettled Wasteland's) begins. As such, try to mention the places where this faction is most influential or operates from. 

[b]History:[/b] 200 plus years is a lot to cover, so i'll make it easy on you: Just give the basics of how this faction was generally founded, and the most notable events that have helped shape it into where it is today. So:
