Well, barring all else, I don't think that a Brotherhood splinter group is off the table, depending on the endings of FO4. If the Brotherhood lost to the Minutemen, it might cause the Outcasts - whom Lyon's Brotherhood spent a long time reconcilating after the events of FO3 - to split from the main East Coast BoS once more.
