[b]IMPORTANT NOTE: Alot of towns in the US have the same name as others.  When I was looking at a map for locations, I found two Shelbyvilles.  So, while states and borders don't have much meaning in-game, out-of-game it'll be less confusing if you're more specific.[/b]
