The bottlecaps united was first formed when a handful of ghoulified survivors figured out they were exposed to even more radiation they could start glowing. From then on whenever they came across a sentient ghoul they asked them to join the bottlecaps united and showed them the way to start glowing. From then on they amassed a group of glowing ones who just drifted from place to place, eating food, attacking humans, running from super mutants exedra exedra.

Pressing Issues:
No one really likes them, their even outsider among ghouls
Constantly emitting large amounts of radiation
Sometimes ghouls go feral in the 'glowing' and try to attack the others
Most of them are kind of dumb [/hider]
