[@Kale19] So I have a few questions. How is Webster a ghoul and his parents weren't? What killed his parents? How is it they survived the bombs but didn't turn into ghouls?

If he doesn't wear clothes, wear does he keep the ammo for his shotgun? How does he carry his grenades? How did he learn how to make bombs? As far as Webster going feral, the only in game evidence to why this happens is an extraordinary amount of radiation for a prolonged amount of time that causes the brain to deteriorate. If Webster was constantly traveling, how is he more exposed than the average ghoul?
