Looks good so far, but remember the lore about ghouls going feral. The backstory will be the clincher.

I have a number of questions. How did Alexis learn how to link her brain to mechanical arms? Certainly not by messing with contraptions left by caravans. The only group even remotely capable of that knowledge in the commonwealth is the institute. 

How did she get from Boston to California and how long did it take her? Why did she leave the east coast in the first place?

Finally, Having two extra arms, a powerful shotgun, a power fist, and NVG eyepatch is too much. If you can properly explain the arms in the backstory, I will let you keep them as well as the eyepatch but you'll have to settle for a weaker weapon and weaker armor.
