For the first short while, Mika was too afraid to look at him but when Dean made her sit on his lap in a way that meant she would have no choice to look at him, she hesitantly let him move her face up to meet his eyes after trying to reassure her that he didn't hate her. She couldn't understand why he didn't, because she hated herself for what she did. She had never once cheated on him when they were together. When she went back to Ethan it was during the time they had broken up, and only because she realised Dean wasn't coming back to her. She may not have known about Esme during that time, but she wasn't stupid enough to know he wasn't not dating anyone during those three years.

Sure, she had feelings for Ethan at the time, but he was no Dean. As much as she hated herself for thinking it, Ethan was a case of convenience for her, to make her not feel so alone as she lived through not having Dean by her side. Even if he was an old flame that she went back to and not someone new she met at the time.

She looked at his eyes as he requested her to, letting him speak and apologise for going as far as trying to kill Cason for what had happened. Yet the moment he said there were things she needed to hear, she wasn't sure she was ready to hear it, but she also knew if he was wanting to get it off his chest ow, then she damn well will let him.

She listebed to his story of how he met Esme. The pangs of guilt and hurt as he explained that their big bust up all those years ago made him suicidal. That was her go to, not his. So hearing him be that low from the break up tore her heart into shreds. She never wanted to pull him down so far that he didn't want to be alive anymore and as he explai Ed how Esme saved him from that, she felt like she drove him to Esme's arms.

Because of her, he fell in love with someone else. Yet if what he said was true, something she didn't doubt in the slightest, she also felt a sense of thankfulness toward Esme for keeping him alive. Even though it hurt her, especially that he kissed Esme willingly and not because of Cupid. It felt more of a betrayal than what she did as she had no control of her actions.

She closed her eyes as he rubbed her cheeks of her fallen tears. "I-I'm tha kful she kept you alive, but I'm not going to say that doesn't hurt to hear...because it hurts alot you still have love for her. You're the only one I've ever actually loved Dean, I couldn't ever see myself loving anyone else...so knowing you still hold some love for her? That hurts so much... But I am glad she kept you alive. I'll be in her debt for that" she said honestly as she managed to stop crying finally.

"Dean I can't lose you to someone else. We've been so good for so long now, I've worked so hard to be that better person you deserve, please don't let it be for nothing" she practically pleaded with him.

[b]SAM AND NATALIA WINCHESTER[/b]

Sam couldn't help but listen to everything being said between his brother and Mika, finally glad that his brother was opening up to Mika, even if it was something he wasn't fully expecting. He hated seeing the two of them at logger heads as he looked up to both of them and if this heart to heart between them could finally make them move on from this Cupid fiasco then he was happy.

Back downstairs Natalia looked behind her as Annabeth appeared, looking much cleaner now and less terrifying. She was about to call for Sam but when Annabeth pleaded to her to not do that, she kept her mouth closed and did as requested. She was aware from the corner of her eye how Cason flinched and etched his way backwards to get far from Annabeth, which she couldn't blame him for doing. He's tried to be killed by two people now tonight, that would mess anyone up mentally.

She even noticed how Bobby went on the defence until Annabeth explained her current mental state. "Bobby is right, too much has happened. Cupid got in the way of the group. Breaking Mika's heart in the process, she drove home and almost killed herself, got home, cupid struck again and made her sleep with Cason which Dean found out about and tried to kill him with Ruby's knife. Hence the extra mess. Dean and Mika are currently upstairs talking it through after Cupid made Mika sing one more time to Dean and Cason managed to banish the angel. Sam is upstairs too,  no doubt waiting for the right time to check in on them both" Natalia explained to her.

"so for us, it's a waiting game to know where people will be sleeping and so on. I just want those two to come downstairs in a good place" she added.
