Because of her inner thoughts going on in her head, she barely heard Dean say about taking rhe burger with him for after the hunt. It was only when he asked if she was okay and tapped his fork on the plate that she snapped out of her thoughts and acknowledged what he actually said. "sorry, it's just this case, it's baffling to say the least." she started saying before her brain really registered that he seemed to figure out what she was thinking, "Dean.." she sighed, knowing it was pointless finishing that sentence as he wouldn't change his mind. "..fine, but let's hope it won't have to come to either of us as bait" she commented. She ate some more fries and looked at him, if something went wrong with being bait for the skin walker, she wouldn't be able to live with herself losing Dean as well, but she somehow just knew that he was thinking of her and everything she had already gone through when offering himself up as said bait. "sorry, I promised we'd have a break and here I am making us think of it" she apologised, as she caught out the corner of her eye outside an officer and some suited male looking frantic whilst trying to look calm to any bystander. Her eyes watching them, thinking whatever was making them speak in a hushed and frantic way to each other, it must be big. It seemed so suspicious to her and wondered if it was a link or not to their case. "hmm, do they look suspicious as hell to you?" she asked Dean, gesturing toward what she was looking at.
