Bio: Born in Seoul, Ki-Hyon grew up as an only child in a harsh and strict household where he was raised with a harsh hand. He was put into Taekwando against his will to teach him further discipline. He excelled at the sport and began to compete at a young age. In his teenage years he grew to resent his parents who had raised him too strictly. His grades dropped and he nearly quit school before he rekindled his passion for Martial Arts.
With his poor grades, he had no chance for college, but his outstanding Martial a Arts record granted him a scholarship into college. He stayed in college for a year where he learned English fluently, before joining the military. After some time he joined the special forces and has been present at many skirmishes along the 38th Parallel. He is currently accompanying a South Korean ambassador during a trip to Chicago.

Personality: Kinney is optimistic and cheerful, not how someone with his upbringing would normally be. He has a strong sense of honor and doesn't fear much of anything. Usually, he is the first to jump into a dangerous situation without care for himself. He does everything he can to keep a positive outlook, and is focused and determined. Outside of combat situations, he is often laid back and enjoys relaxing.
Skills:
Combat - A master at close combat, Kinney's years of martial arts and Special Forces training have taught him extreme self-discipline and focus as well as how to make his own body into a proficient weapon. He has been taught the ways of Guerilla Warfare well and has experience. He is an average shot.
Survival - The harsh Special forces training has taught him how to survive in most survival situations and can hide himself well among his surroundings. He is flexible and athletic due to his martial arts background.
Other - He likes to just sit and relax and "soak up life" as he calls it.
