History (include how you came across the agency) : Scruffy was found by the agency when he was trespassing trying to find something for his family. He was given a chance to do good with his life, he seems to do better helping solve crimes and help humans than he did harm humans. But unfortunately, his insanity sometimes can get the best of him. He seems to have grown very fond of Lady Josephine and admires much to the human soul.
 
Personality: Flamboyant, Crazy, and absolutely out of his mind. But a good heart on him that wants to help but sometimes he thinks a little too much outside the box
