Dean's furrowing of his brow and the waving of the fork was just another reason for Mika to stop protesting the idea before she even started. She knew the moment she went to go protest he wouldn't allow it to be the other way round. He almost lost her once, twice even, he wasn't going to risk it for a third time. She nodded at him telling her not to worry about zoning out whilst he followed her eyes and looked at what she was seeing. She was glad she wasn't the only one who thought it seemed a bit off and that it could be lead for them, other than the corpses in the morgue. Looking back at him she saw that oh so familiar look he would give her when silently asking if she wanted to check it out. "I think we should, we can take this lot as takeout" she agreed, grabbing her drink and taking a long sip to wash down what she had already eaten. She looked up toward the waitress to wave the woman over, seeing her walk over, "can we get this lot to go? Seems our break is being cut short" she asked the waitress, "sure thing hunni, I'll be right back with some boxes for you" she said before walking off. Mika then looked back at Dean, "one day we'll get a full break" she smirked. "guess we'll be taking the suited guy rather than the officer he was talking to?" she asked in assumption as the waitress came back with three boxes for them to put all their food in. "thanks" Mika said, grabbing one of the bigger boxes to put her food in, letting Dean have the other two for his pie and burger.
