Dean nodded his head at Mika’s plan, a bit impressed that she was taking such control of the situation. He stood from the booth with her and stepped up close to her, but smiled down at her face as she placed the keys in his jacket pocket. The small touch to his torso caused him to be distracted for a second, as he was semi fed, and his adrenaline was starting to rise at the idea of a hunt. He cleared his throat and followed her out of the diner, headed for the car. As she mentioned jogging in heels, his eyebrows raised and he watched her as she stepped away from him. He kept them raised, watching her jog away in her impossible shoes, He shook himself from his thoughts, wanting to get back to her as fast as possible and pulled the keys from his jacket pocket. He opened the backseat drivers door, gently laying the food in the back seat, before clicking the lock and turning to jog back to Mika. As Dean stepped back up behind Mika, he pulled his own badge, even though she was no longer holding hers, and flashed it to the man, before shoving his hands in his pant pockets, to loom over Mika’s back as an incentive for the man to be honest with them. “Mr. Tavers, have you seen anything that would make you so nervous? We saw you talking to the cops. They probably didn’t believe you.”, Dean chimed in, pulling a hand from his pocket to place it on his chest, “We will. Trust me. We’re not average agents…” He glanced to Mika, his face never moving from his intimidating expression and then turned back to Mr. Tavers, “Tell us what you told him.”
