I assume they mean that the winner is not predetermined most of the time, as in it will be skill based for the most part. if there is a story reason for someone to win however then the result will be scripted.

I have a question about the duels though [@Blade17]. You say we are posting pictures of the cards we play in discord but what determines our draws and stuff? Do we just draw whatever we want from our deck?
