[@Irredeemable] Number One's Enclave recruits wasteland humans.  They are significantly less picky about people (humans, anyway), and they've been a bit more choosey with their battles.  Like...Number One took a look at the report about the Arroyo attack, the one that led to the destruction of the Poseidon Oil Rig and overrun of the Navarro base because some kid happened to descend a particular Vault Dweller, and went [color=ed1c24][b][i]"Well, we're not repeating THAT shit again."[/i][/b][/color].  No, the tribals are only getting shot at if they start hucking spears at my boys.  And even then, they'd have to actually do more than ding the paint job.
