Might I ask though, what is the current condition of the place? Is it worn down? Decrepit like Rapture? Perhaps kept in good condition?


And with regards to pre ar technologies and items. Are most things from that time extinct? Or will there be the ability to own such things?

Good questions and welcome, DarkStar! 

The current condition of both places are extremely different from each other. 

[b]The surface[/b] right now has spots that are extremely radioactive but otherwise all the old buildings are worn down or extremely overgrown. You will find more ancient technology here, some steam-punk-ques, and like level technologies. Major civilizations are no more on the surface. 

[b]Atlas/Atli[/b] the majority of these places are nicely kept and have advanced technology. They brought all their old technology down from the old world which is now referred to as the surface. The technology they did bring down is the foundation for what they have now which would be around the lines of bio-metric, laser weapon technology, artificial intelligence, robots (similar to what they use in Avatar), wearable computers (example: Pip boy from fallout), etc...

Tonight or tomorrow I will be posting the OOC and the places will definitely be more descriptive! This will help people be able to visualize what is run down where, radioactive, shut down, and more. 

Plus, you can always add something into your bio if it is not described yet. I will determine if it is allowed or not for the specific character(s) you make for the world.
