Hiiii! Character sheet incoming, probably tomorrow. I know her quirk and profession but I don't know what sort of personality she has yet.

What do I need to know about the story thus far in order to jump in?

EDIT: Ah... this looks like it's turning into more of a powers-adventure-fighting RP than it seemed at first? Would a character with minimal special powers be able to do much?
