Yeah, it is. It's less of a coherent idea as it stands, though. I just sorta put it up there to imply that Iraq and Syria were in a bit of a messy state to spice up the area a bit after getting some spitball ideas. There isn't anything concrete as of yet about any of them, though, so feel free to pitch any ideas and i'll get to editing the map as soon as i'm able.
