Travers let Dean take the call, trying to figure out what was being discussed as he sat there tied at the legs. He thought it was going well, into his favour even, but then he got glared at and he heard the other hunter's name be called in a way that he knew his nonconfrontational way of getting out of this situation was going south fast. Hhe watched on as Dean almost snapped his phone in half from the tight grip he was doing to it, then strained to hear him as he spoke with great anger bottling up inside him. He looked sat him wide eyed as Dean walked over and gripped his thighs incredibly tight making him wince. "I-I'm not lying!" he pleaded but sighed knowing it was pointless. "okay okay! I'll take you!" he agreed, not wanting to die just yet as he saw now just how serious he was about the earlier threat about anything happening to Mika. ------ Mika woke foggy headed, lifting her head as she tried to get her eyes to refocus by blinking a few times. "oh sleeping beauty awakes!" the voice from before was heard saying as she managed to see it was indeed the officer Travers was talking to earlier. "you've made a big mistake ambushing me" Mika said, seeing she was in the one now tied up in Travers' house, seemingly the home office. "hmm considering you're the one tied up right now, I think it's not a mistake. Bloody hunters coming into our town and think they can take us out?!" he retorted. "if you know what I am then you know my partner is also a hunter and he's a lot more reckless than I am" Mika said back, trying to find a way of untying herself without bringing attention to it. "we'll see about that when he comes to rescue his little damsel in distress! But first, let's allow him time to go to the wrong place first" he smirked, his eyes flickering from human to animal. "oh my god do you drag everything out beast boy?" she quipped, but all it got her was a punch to the face, making her groan from the pain.
