The Institute does have classes like a normal school, so you'd need to change all that. Drop the level of TK strength to around one ton and limit his flying speed and he'd be ok. But being a Canadian criminal and sporting a cape and a buster sword has got to go. Bastion by itself works as an alias, IDK who would dub him the Last Bastion of Virtue cause if he did it himself he sounds pretentious. Using multiple ID's would be superfluous as well since if it was the X-Men who rescued him from a Canadian dungeon they'd likely set him up one. It's cool if some shadowy Canadian government agency wants him dead to make him need to go into hiding with a new ID in the U.S.

The powers as they are seem like too much [wall crawling AND flight, really?]. I don't need an amalgam of Wolverine's backstory with Jean Grey level 5 mutant TK. If tweaks like I mentioned could be made I wouldn't mind having somebody with TK, but it needs toned down a bit.
