I've seen it brought up here and there throughout all the years I've been on the guild. Hell, even I've mentioned it back when I was mainly writing on my other account.

[@NuttsnBolts] or any other mod: correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't we already have pinned guideline threads? I looked and could've sworn we had some, but the only one I could find was the pinned Mature 1x1 thread (which IMO needs some updating/a new coat of paint anyway).
