I have advanced so much more in my career by having a good attitude as opposed to having an impressive education history. I can't stress enough to people that college is not for everyone and it's okay if it is not for you, so long as you are doing your best and being a good person. I am a college dropout from lower middle class roots and am currently a production director of a company that does $2.5 million a month with people that have far more formal education than I serving as subordinates. When you find yourself stressing about college, just take a breath and understand that there is so much more than just that to consider when trying to map your future. Be a good person, be dedicated and never say "That's not my job."
